• I have members of S2 Member Level 1 being paid and Subscriber being free members that do not have access to paid content.

I have the EOT set to Mon Jun 30, 2014 5:22 pm UTC. It shows that it should have change the user down to Subscriber on June 30, but it still has them listed as S2Member Level 1.

Any ideas on why this is happening? BTW, I am on s2Member Pro v140614

  • One possible cause is that this setting is being overridden by another setting somewhere else. Do you have an MU Plugins folder and, if so, what is in it? Do you run any other plugins that control user role features?

The site does not us MU and there are no other plugins that I can see that would interfere with the users. As far as I can tell, this started happening right after the last update this past week. This is becoming a big problem because I also offer 1 day subscriptions and those are not stopping either. Is there any official support where an employee of S2 can log in and see what is happening?

If you have the Pro version, you can contact them at their website: see Help/Docs -> Contact a human. There is no guarantee of official support for the free version.

I am having the same problem and have been for some time. Were you able to make any headway on this issue?

Let me know if that helped. It fixed my issue.
