• Hey all,

I have changed my site to a blog. Optimizepress 2.0 plugin is deactivated and I am using the Optimizepress Template for my blog.

I am using Getresponse and have setup a webform.

The API code has been entered. The side bar option has been implemented with an opt in form and coded for the webform.

For some reason when the form is filled out and submitted, the form is redirected back to the main blog… however the email information never makes it to my getresponse…

I have talked gone over the getresponse processes, I have gone over the procedure over and over from Optimizepress 2.0, and have tried to contact support form them.

I finally went to hostgator and they were not able to help.

This is the only place that I am thinking that can help.

Should I take the Optimizepress Plugin completely off the site, instead of just deactivating it?

    Need help.

    Bob

  • Sorry, but you’re using a premium/paid theme or plugin. It’s best to go to the support site where you bought the theme/plugin for help with customizations and issues. You paid for support when you bought the theme, so you should contact the people who sold you the theme/plugin. These forums are for themes and plugins available in the WordPress directories at wordpress.org/themes/ and wordpress.org/plugins/ See http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Commercial_Products

It’s still a commercial theme and you need to work with them. There’s no clear indication it’s a bug with WordPress.

It’s best if you learn to use Firebug with Firefox to check http headers, responses, errors, etc., if it is a network or XML or JSON error.
