Too Many Incomplete Transactions

    Hi I’m using Version 3.8.13.4 and WP Gold Cart Version 2.9.7.7 on downtownflowers.net

    We realized we have too many incomplete sales due to users abandoning cart because when they add the product to cart the amount shows 2 items vs. 1. How can this issue be fixed? Currently our clients have to manually modify amount of items in cart prior to checking out with Pay PalPal Payments Standard 2.0.

    I’m afraid that too many sales are lost due to this minor issues. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Is there a way to replicate this ?
    I just tested with the red roses on your store and i only have 1 item in my cart.

    Hi,

    I tested myself many times and couldn’t replicate it either. I can give you log in for my admin so you can view the recent incomplete orders and the multiple attempts our clients make to purchase an item.
