    Hi,

    Hope someone can help- would love to be able to fix this as it has happened before which my freelancer had fixed…
    I have a problem with two pages on a site with the plugin installed.

    Meet the team and Services pages.
    The pages are expanded and remain that way. Not sure for how long either.

    The code looks like it is all there…
    But not a programmer so don’t understand code in any way, butI did read that Visual editor throws up undesired results.

    Hello Robin,

    The issue is being caused because your theme has an ancient version of JQuery (jQuery JavaScript Library v1.6.2) that is being force-loaded and is overriding the actual current version that has already been loaded.

    Do you not have any technical support? If not, consider purchasing the pro version of the plugin and we will work with you to get this issue resolved direct on your site.
