Help! Can't import images : /

    Hi there

    First of all, great work on the plugging!

    I have two sites – one testing site, pollywales.bisonbison.co.uk and one live site: pollywales.com. The pluggin works great on the testing site but not on the live site. It occasionally imports a few posts (just the text and not any images). Sometimes I get the warning “ERROR!” after import.

    I’ve tried deleting users, trashing imported posts and clearing trash. I’ve also tried 2 different Instagram accounts to see if this makes a difference. I’ve installed the debug plugging, but nothing seems to work!

    If you could help that would be really amazing and greatly appreciated!

    This sounds like some issues with your web host. Can you upload images through the normal process to the media gallery?

    Yes, I can upload normally to the media gallery no problem.

    Is there anything else I can try?

    I would check with your web host to check that your upload limits are not too low, and see if they have any other reasons images would not be able to be imported.

    I have tried with a test account with 3 low res images and still doesn’t work. I just deleted the plugin and re-installed then got this error:

    ERROR:
    Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 7456 bytes received

    Any ideas?
