No Optin Form viewable?

    Hi krefty,

    Can you share the URL where the form is included? It would be easier to help you out if I can take a look myself.

    If not, try temporarily disabling all other plugins. Reload your page and see if the optin form is working. Reactivate your other plugins one by one and see which one causes a conflict.

    Let me know if you’re able to find out.
