    Hi,
    I just installed and activated
WP Super Cache, where do I locate it to use it?
Sorry, if this is basic, I am new to WP.
I am looking at dashboard…not seeing it anywhere??

Trying to fix problem of blog post text NOT displaying…
    any ideas?
I read clearing the cache may help, thus above.

Thx for any and all help.
I do not know how to code though so SIMPLE solution is required.
    I am using HEAP theme.
    🙂

    Hi there,

As answered in another thread, this is the solution to make this plugin work:

First you need to check that the user you are using is a super admin. It doesn’t show up with other inferior user roles.

Second: The plugin only works if WP Super Cache is active. Please check that it’s active.

If both plugins are active, you will find an additional menu entry in the header of the WordPress administration.

Here you can see a screenshot of the spanish version in english it will be at the same place and read: “Clear all cached files”.

Nevertheless, if you only need to empty cache of one page, when viewing this page while logged in, you will see a menu entry that reads: “Clear cache”. This clears the cache of the page being displayed.
The advantage of our plugin is that you can clear all cache from the menu, not only the page you are viewing. So probably you don’t need our plugin.

    Hope this has helped.

hi, thank you very much for responding :-).
unfortunately, I am not seeing the ‘clear’cache’, WP Super Cache is active…but I don’t know if I am a ‘super admin’…ugh, I am a beginner and am trying WP because everyone said it was so easy, but for a COMPLETE BEGINNER, there seem to be some missing steps!!
thx so much for trying though!
any further tips to clarify the steps?
I am trying to clear cache because posts are not displaying text, headins are showing only.
it was working all week until yesterday so after trying to find a solution I read clearing the cache might solve the issue…maybe it will if I can find it! 🙂
    Kind regards!!

First thing I would try: Disable “WP Super Cache” and see what happens.

If the posts are displayed correctly after disabling “WP Super Cache”, then your issue is related to the cache plugin. Next thing to try is what I suggested earlier:

If you only need to empty cache of one page, when viewing this page while logged in, you will see a menu entry that reads: “Clear cache”. This clears the cache of the page being displayed.

If the posts are not displayed correctly, the problem is elsewhere and you have to investigate further.

    Hope this has helped.
