    This looks like an odd issue, need more details. May be some conflicts due to other plugins. Try deactivate other plugins and report here. Or add snaps and log for better understanding. Is it possible to share access or some test instance to look into it?

    Try disabling other plugin to find the cause of conflict. Let us know the plugin that conflicts with our importer. Thanks in advance.
