A couple feature requests

First I have to say that this is an excellent plugin! It works great, and does what it should. This is the kind of plugin that make it so Themes should not be including thing stuff. Much better to use a plugin that can be retained when the theme is changed.

1. option to open links in new windows
2. option to link author’s name to their WP author archive page (eg. http://domain.com/author/username)
3. use Font Awesome for tab and social icons. Make them resize larger for lower resolutions like mobile phones (or at least do the Font Awesome part, so we can do it in our own custom CSS).
