    10. The plugin must not embed external links on the public site (like a “powered by” link) without explicitly asking the user’s permission. Any such options in the plugin must default to NOT show the link.

    My plugin gives the user an option to either display the link or not.

    I haven’t violated anything.

    This plugin gives you an option to remove this link with just one click.

    However by default it’s always on.
