2.0 POST.PHP Layout Help

I’ve been going through wp-admin trying to find the area in 2.0 where the post.php calls the category selector. I’ve found something in the header, I think – but I cant be sure as that new code is really foreign to me.

What I’d like to do is just rearrange that side column in post.php so that the category selector is up on the top. Seems simple enough, I just can’t figure out where the exact block of code is to do that.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
