   If you turn on VRE and put an attribute with unbalanced quotes into a post, the VRE screws up bad. Bits of the code for the VRE form end up in the post edit box, including the markup for the Save/Publish buttons. This makes it impossible to correct the entry while VRE is enabled.

   I reproduced the error and I see exactly what you mean. I'll file a bug report.
