Recently the WordPress 2.0 toolbar reverted back to the Word Press 1.51 toolbar has anybody got an idea what I has done ?

the "1.5.1 toolbar" you're referring to is the "plain text editor" - the "2.0 toolbar" you refer to is the "rich text editor"
Did you by any chance disable this in your profile or under options?
If not, try holding down the "SHIFT" key and clicking the refresh button in your browser - sometimes WP just "sticks" a little (in my experience) and needs a hard refresh to get it back on track.
