   Hi,

   I've got a WordPress install in a sub-directory named /test/

   And just now I've created a WordPress install in the directory above that.

   The problem is, when I create a page on the 2nd WordPress install it adds "-2" to the Permalink structure...

   Any idea what I can do?

   when you create ANY page? Or just a specific one?

   Possibly you have a page with the same name in the trash already?

   dude that was it!

   i've been messing around with htaccess files and all sorts!

   had a trash can full of files!!
