2 different blogs on one account?

Ok, straightforward question – I have 1 blog installed on my site already – http://victoria-e.com/wordpress/

I’m trying to start another one as a photolog @ http://victoria-e.com/photolog/

I copied the wordpress files from my first blog & tried to install wordpress again to create new tables for the new blog. I got the error of “Already Installed

You appear to have already installed WordPress. To reinstall please clear your old database tables first.” – of course.

So, does this mean that I need to download wordpress & install all the files over again in the /photolog/ folder (instead of copying the ones from my /wordpress/ folder)?
