   That's really clever and well done. I had to look at the HTML to know it was as WordPress site!

   Thanks both! I have had quite a bit of help from a very talented web designer... so I cannot take the credit :) However, I have now taken over the management and developement of the site and I just wanted to get a little feedback so far. Can anyone can give me any SEO tips to further improve things?
