1and1 installation problems

Tried to install wordpress on 1and1 hosting service but the installation did not go as smoooth as i thought it would go. I go trough the first step just fine but i get to second step of the installation i get a blank page.
I followed all the instructions step by step but was not succesful. I have deleted the database and the installation files and repeated the process a few times with no luck.
