Would it also be possible to add a header and footer to each page that could include the date and time the page was printed and the page number if it is multiple pages?
Sorry I don’t provide modifications to the plugin. I will just point you to the right direction: To add footer and header you need to modify https://github.com/lesterchan/wp-print/blob/master/print-posts.php
For page number, I don’t think it is possible.

Hi.
Sorry to resurrect an old post. I was just wondering if it would be possible to make this setting permanent maybe by adding it to the styles.css so it isn’t reset when an update happens?
