I get this too! I just installed WordPress a couple of days ago and wondered if I was doing something wrong. I tried in different browsers, different accounts. Only anonymous users could post a comment.
I’m not able to help but I’ll cling to this topic in the hope that someone can.
Can it be related to themes/plugins?
I’m using blue-mist and have 4 active plugins: iLast.fm, WP-Cumulus, WP- Polls/widget. I’m not sure if you have any of those too or if they can even cause a problem like that.
If in doubt, switch to the default theme and disable all your plugins and see if the problem goes away. If it does, re-enable them one at a time to see which is causing it 🙂
Mine was related to my theme. I’m looking for another one now since I have no idea where to start on resolving it otherwise.

Hi.
When I try to comment as an admin, all I get is a blank page with URL: http://mysite.com/wp-comments-post.php
If I log off and try as a anonymous user, everything works fine.
I tried to upload files again, but nothing changed. I guess I’m just missing a checked box somewhere 🙂
