I've read on the plugin homepage the latest version now allows any readers to subscribe to comments, but how? Is there a script for such a button? or the reader has to fill in the name/email in the comment form and check the subscribe checkbox and leaving the comments text box blank? This will generate an error page, I tried on the comment section on the plugin homepage and it also leads to error.

4. Optional: If you would like to enable users to subscribe to comments without having to first leave a comment, place this somewhere in your template, but make sure it is outside the comments form. A good place would be right after the ending </form> tag for the comments form: <?php show_manual_subscription_form(); ?>
