Change Woocommerce default shipping message

I am using the Ignitewoo UPS shipping plugin with Woocommerce. It does an excellent job of calculating UPS rates up to a point. We ship by weight and once the weight hits 150 pounds it understandably defaults to the “Fallback rate” in the plugin settings. If the fallback rate is left blank, the user receives a message to the effect that shipping has not been set up for the United States. When I entered $1.00 for the fallback rate and the weight of a shipment exceeded 150 pounds the UPS rate is then listed as $1.00. I tried putting a message in the fallback rate box requesting that the customer “Please email or call for shipping rates.” The desired phrase does not appear for packages >150 pounds but in its place the message “UPS Shipping (Free)” is what the user sees. I don’t want to ship for $1.00 nor do I want shipping to be free. For the time being I would like the customer to get the message “Please email or call for shipping rates” when the order exceeds 150 pounds. Support at Ignitewoo was quick to say that the message is from Woocommerce and not from their UPS plugin. That being the case, the question is where do i find the phrase “UPS Shipping (Free)” and how do I change it?
