• Hi Chris! This is a wonderful plugin. First of of all, I’d like to thank you so much for contributing it to the WP community.

Quick question… I know I can customize the body of the message. But I would also like to customize the subject line of the invite email. Currently, by default, it says something like:
[invited person], [name] has invited you to join [sitename]

(Well, there are no shortecodes for the above as far as as I can tell. It’s just my idea.)

Quite possibly I’m blind and unable to find the setting option someplace within the plugin… If so, could you advise where it is?

BTW, I am not a developer, and I would definitely be grateful for the ability to change it without any custom coding.

Your help would be much appreciated. Thanks,
    Mark

At the moment this is hard-coded into the plugin. Future versions of Secure Invites will have many more hooks and filters so you can amend things like this without affecting the core plugin code.

If you want to try to change this yourself look on lines 2049 and 2053 of secure_invite.php. However any changes you make will be overwritten the next time you upgrade the plugin.
