5G & Enhanced Character String block client access

I have a link for clients to register, this is set up with an installation of WHMCS
http://admin.allaboutweb.com.au/whmcs/register.php
New clients were getting a 403 Forbidden.
I tracked the problem down to both the 5G blacklist rules AND enabling the Advanced Character string filter
I like to have as much security onsite as possible and this is a brilliant plugin that I use on all my sites.
Is there any way to allow this one url and still have all the 5G security etc?
