   Hi, I will install the last version of WP, how I can do this:

   Visitors will cant see all the complete posts (only the ones in the index page)

   If they click on the Paypal donate button and make a donation they will recive an email with username and password to let them see the complete posts for 30 days as example (the mount of days depends of the ammount of the donation $5, $10 or $15 USD)

   All this can be possible witn a plugin or an users administrator or something??

   How are you going to be tracking all of this?

   For your specific situation you might need to hire a plugin developer. There are ones that exist to keep portions of the site private... but on a -if-you-pay-then-you-can-see basis I'm not sure how that will work with a standard plugin.

   Easy Paypal springs to mind (free as far as I'm aware) although I've never used it myself. You would use tags to hide the posts from non-members/users.
