Rates to apply to Country AND Postcode?

    Am I missing something or is it not possible to filter with an logical and?

    Many countries share the same postcode system, especially in Europe, and particularily for bulky goods rates vary a lot.
    So you might have 4 different rates for 2 countries separated in 2 zones each.
    If those countries share the same postcode system your plugin has no way of determining what country the postcode is in?

    Hello Goremachine,

    As of my knowledge any 2 countries don’t have same postcodes. Each country postcode will have unique postcode format if you know send me names of those countries which have similar postcode.

    Hello.

    I already bought a plugin that satisfies my needs as it took you too long to react. Sorry.

    Anyways, there are many countries with similar postcode system.

    One example. Austria, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
    AUT: 4 Digits, 1XXX-9XXX
    SWZ: 4 Digits, 1XXX-9XXX
    LI: 4 Digits, 94XX

    So it is impossible to have:
    Rate A, Austria 1000-4999, Rate B, Austria 5000-9999
    Rate C, Switzerland 1000-4999, Rate D, Switzerland 5000-9999

    If you ship to 4231 you plugin has no idea if it is SWZ or AT.

    And apprx. half the world has similar postcodes.
    Most share either a 4 digit system or a 5 digit system:
