Order faqs in multiple groups

    Great plugin but is there any way to order faq’s which are in multiple groups? Eg, I have some questions which appear in two groups and some questions which appear in only one. When I show the group faq, all the questions show in group order, eg – one set of group questions first, then the others below them. I’ve tried changing the order on the page but it still displays posts from one group, then the next. Ideally I would like them mixed up

    Hi kmelv85,

    Thanks for using my plugin and for the kind words. Do you want to order the groups differently or the questions that show up in those groups differently?

    If you want to order the groups differently you can do so by specifying the group in the shortcode. If I have 2 groups, Group Alpha and Group Bravo and I want to order Bravo before Alpha, I can do the following:

    [faq group="group-bravo"]
[faq group="group-alpha"]

    If you want to order the questions differently, you can go to the FAQ item creation screen (or Quick Edit depending on how familiar you are with the WordPress Admin screen) and set the order in the Order text field inside the “Attributes” metabox.

    If a single question shows up in multiple groups and you want to change the order per group (i.e. have Question Lima should up as number 2 in Group Bravo but number 4 in Group Alpha), unfortunately that isn’t possible based on how WordPress is currently designed.
