   The problem is form's widget not work for me: widgets don't drug or drop!
   I tested TDO Mini forms on 2 websites - the same problem with TDOMF’s form widgets!

   I had this problem and found it was due to a conflict with another plugin, in my case FeedWordPress. I simply deactivate FeedWordPress while configuring the TDO Mini Form widgets, then turn it back on again when I'm done. Hope this helps.
