Hi @iminneedofsomehelppls,
I hope you are well today.
I have tested it on my test site setting “Tribe Events Styles” mode in the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” option and it worked fine without any issue.( See this screenshot : http://i.imgur.com/l9iS546.png )
Could you please share me the page link where you are facing the issue so that i can troubleshoot it?
Kind Regards,
Vinod Dalvi
Hi iminneedofsomehelppls,
I’m sorry you’re having trouble. Have you tried deactivating other plugins to look for a conflict, or switching to a default theme like Twenty Twelve? If you need help, please read this guide to testing for conflicts.
If you can isolate this as an issue that’s inherent to The Events Calendar, we’d be happy to look into it further. Unfortunately, we can’t help troubleshoot conflicts here on the free forum. If you do find a conflict, you can try getting in touch with the developer of the theme or plugin and see if they can shed some light on the issue.
Best,
Leah
Hi Vinod Dalvi,
Thank you for your help. However, my wordpress site is currently on development phase & it has been deployed on a local wamp server. So it will not be easily accessible.
Have a great day ahead!
Best Regards,
YD
Hi leahkoerper,
Thank you for the advice!
Yes, i have tried to deactivate all other plugins. I did switch to the twenty-twelve theme and it is working fine. However, i’m currently using virtue theme as my site theme. Would you know if there is any previous cases of such situation whereby the virtue theme has a conflict with the-event-calendar plugin? Is there any solution or fixes for such situation?
Best Regards,
YD
Hi YD,
Are you using the following theme?

Hi Vinod Dalvi,
Yes, I’m using the virtue theme.

Hi YD,
Thank you for your patience.
I have tested on my test site using latest version( 2.2.1 ) of virtue theme & WordPress single site version( 3.9.1 ) and found the Events Calendar pop up is displaying fine without any issue as displayed in this screenshot : http://i.imgur.com/oqtjpdr.png
Which theme and WordPress version are you using?
Have you made any changes in the theme?
May be CSS or JavaScript is conflicting on your site. Could you please try using fresh version of virtue theme =by downloading it from https://wordpress.org/themes/virtue and deactivating all other plugins?
Regards,
Vinod Dalvi
I have this same issue. Have you updated to the next version of wordpress? We have not (I am worried about what I might lose). We’re using Atahualpa.
Hi YD,
I’m not familiar with your theme. You might try getting in touch with the theme developer, or try searching our PRO Forum for other folks using the same theme. Hopefully Vinod will be able to help you out.
Best,
Leah
Try not using the Skeleton styles and switch to the full Tribe styles. It’s very difficult to troubleshoot these issues if the OP doesn’t provide a URL.
Hi Vinod Dalvi,
Thank you for your advice, i’ve done the update to virtue theme and it is working fine now.
Thank you for your assistance throughout, appreciate it alot.
Best Regards,
YD
Hi tridentemily,
Mine is working fine after an update to the theme. Could it be the same problem that i was facing?
