Change Plugin Display Order

Hello,

I’m using Sociable and Subcribe Remind on my blog posts. Right now, when I publish a post, Sociable shows up first and Subscribe Remind appears below it (look at a post at writingforward.com for example).

Is there a way to change the order so that Subscribe Remind is displayed above Sociable?

Any help would be much appreciated!
