Customize and Preview are blank

My site http://events.muttville.org/moolah-for-mutts running WP version 3.9.1. and the Confit theme. All themes installed display a blank live Preview and the active theme displays the same blank for Customize. I disabled all plugins and still blank. I also cleared the browser cache and tried multiple browsers with no improvement. How can I fix this?
