Plugin Not Working

    I am using Genesis 2.1.1 in conjunction with the Dynamik Website Builder child theme v.1.6.

    When I activate Genesis Co-authors Plus, I don’t see a new authors box toward the bottom of a post’s edit page. However, the old box is still there, allowing for one author to be chosen.

    Any idea as to why it’s not working? Note that I have html5 enabled.

    p.s. enabling the plugin also results in a single empty author box at the bottom of a post … in other words, it’s effectively disabling display of information in the standard author box.
