Need Help Fixing 2 CSS Bugs in IE6

Hi, I’m having trouble with the following CSS bugs in IE6:

1) the sidebar floats to the bottom of the page. I
would like it to *not* float to the bottom.

2) Look under “Popular Articles” and you will see the “tab content” is cut off before the list is completely rendered.

How do I I fix these?
