Redirect to another page

I am using loom theme and when the permalink is set to default the portfolio page loads normally, but when the permalink is changed to post name or any other types, the portfolio page redirects to the “Team Members” post type. I haven’t created any page so called Team Members. It is just a post type. How to solve this problem?
