   hi i have recently installed wordpress to my website as of now, i have done this in order so everyone can have there own blog, to chat, upload etc, now the one question is in my mind which i never thought would happen, how do i make it so that everyone can easily go on to the link and create there own blog then?

   If anyone has a hack for this or anything like that could you please post/comment well basically tell me.

   You can allow them to post to your blog if you are not using MU, if you want multiple blogs you need MU

   i have installed MU, but how does this allow them to go to the blog and create there own blog? so they visit myblog page and from there they should be able to create there own blog by of course registering? but how?

   and line 39 is

   if( is_site_admin() ) {

   what do i have to change it to?
