Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
This can be a temporary issue caused by Yahoo Smush.it service as the plugin internally use this service by calling its APIs.
Could you please try smushing the same images that you have in your WordPress media gallery by copy pasting the URLs of the images in the textarea displayed in the URL tab on the following page?

yes i used this page to smush pictures before but it take time , upload , download
i need it to be automaicly
so we wait until the taoo smuch it service go back ?

my browser show me : Aucune donnée reçue.(No data received.)
Could you please share me the screenshot of the issue?
For screenshots, you can simply provide a link to an image through Google Drive, Dropbox, screencast.com, http://imgur.com/ or other image service. 🙂
You can just try on your development site deactivating all other plugins and using default WordPress theme like Twenty Thirteen as displayed in this flowchart to know which theme/ plugin is conflicting if any.
