For the heck of it, I would try a lighter gray in the nav, just to see, like a shade in the header image. Again, just to see.
But more on the technical side, the images are loading uneven so I would check the sizes On Movies I would use a column plugin because I don’t think a Quick list should go on and on and i don’t think DocNzok goes where you want it to.

I would probably change the saddle up with the jockeys heading on the right hand side. Presently it appears to be two separate images, you could just use CSS to style the text instead.
I also experienced slowish loading times, so perhaps you could look at optimsing the site a little better.
