Navigation not working in galleries
-
Hi,
I use a template for displaying my galleries, but if I open an image, the arrows for navigating through photos doesn’t appear, and I can’t move through the photos. Here an example in this page, http://www.primapaginaonline.it/2014/07/09/presentazione-libro-a-sinistra/
Thanks

@fassrl, have you tried with another NextGEN lightbox effect (as fancybox or shutter)?
“Lightbox” may not work well in some templates.Well, I’m actually using fancybox! I’ve wrongly added the tag lightbox before
@fassrl – Have you checked for any conflicts with your other active plugins, or your current theme?
– Cais.
I’ve tried to disable almost any plugins and the arrows doesn’t appears
@fassrl – The page source for you site is reporting a “patch” for an old bug, is that possible to temporarily disable to see if the conflict is there?
Also, when you deactivated all of your plugins did you ensure all of your caching related plugins and any extra processes they use were also cleared from your site?
– Cais.
I’ve got the same problem – furthermore no way to close the image in order to return to the page except by back clicking.
I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins, changing different options in the settings – nothing works. For example:
@kaakkuri1 – Please start your own topic for your own issue … see this codex article: http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Where_To_Post
Thanks!
– Cais.
Hi, the problem was the “rel” attribute missing, but if using it the w3c validator fails. So I loaded the fancybox2 lightbox script in nextgen and used the data-fancybox-group to get the validation successful
@fassrl – Good for you! Thanks for sharing that detail.
– Cais.
