Profile Pics are displayed on Login Widget and Profile page itself. Please let me know if you dont see profile images on these 2 places?

in wp panel can see, picture in my panel.
if one registered user want see my profile picture only , box without picture can see
if I understand your question correctly so it doesn’t happen with PR, other users can not view the profile of other users so the pictures as well.

user (admin) has avatar but as u can see we cant see in website.
I only see default “Mystery man” avatar on the above page! PR doesnt modify the avatar, all the User must have a gravatar account to display their own avatar.

I am not sure, but you may give WP User Avatar a try, alternatively, you may want to have a custom plugin written for you to get the User Images uploaded from PR plugin.

PR doesnt modify User Avatar, instead use a separate User profile image. You may want to use another plugin to do that!

PR does not modify avatar and yes you can use other plugin to modify avatar.
