    The best way to deal with this is to send an email to plugins [at] wordpress.org and provide as much detail as you can.

    Be aware that that is a small group with a large backlog of plugins to be reviewed. If you do not get a reply soon please be patient. Eventually that email will get looked at.

    I’ve actually managed to contact him and apparently he did this unintentionally (a freelancer built him this plugin).
    I hope this gets taken care of soon. Thanks for helping out.
