Not working properly!

    It doesn’t appear that this plugin is working properly or its not working accordingly to how I assume it would.

    I thought it would by default, replace any missing alt tag information with what is specified in the options. However, I’ve inserted an image into my description and it does not have any alt tag. The only way the alt shows is if I force the option to override alt tags by default, then every single image’s alt tag gets overridden, which is obviously not ideal because this should only work with ones that are empty.

    Am I doing something wrong?
