   So after I activated Directory Protection, nothing in the backend works. I can't even find the .htaccess file to fix things..

   My WP version: 2.6.1
   AskApache version: Latest

   How can I fix this? Thanks!!

   ftp program doesn't display hidden files by default.. gotta enable it.. i wouldn't recommend using askapache.. author admits to not knowing code very well.. and program has too many bugs..
