Remove sample

    How do I remove the sample page link in Ignite? And How in the heck do I add photos? I know, 2 questions, but I’m new and going crazy.

    Thanks for using Ignite!

    WordPress automatically adds a sample page that you can remove by going to your Pages menu, hovering over “Sample Page”, and clicking the red “Trash” link.

    To add photos to the posts (like the camera one in the screenshot of Ignite):

    1. Visit your Posts menu
    2. Select the post you want to add an image to
    3. Scroll down until you see the “Featured Image” box on the right-side of the screen
    4. Click the “Set Featured Image” link and choose the image you want displayed
    5. Save your post
