• I purchased this plugin and submitted a support ticket and have heard nothing, not even an acknowledgement that my support question was being dealt with. I have had better support from free plugins to be honest, and this is not the sort of service I expect from a premium (and rather expensive) plugin.

    The documentation is garbage also. DO NOT BUY – you’ve been warned!!

  • hey lisa401, have you requested a refund aleready? maybe i can help you out a little since ive managed to get the most stuff working (exept for emails and recuring payments)

    Hi, thanks. I am finding that when I activate user registration (the user registers – not ‘add client’ manually) no email is activated and according to the docs, the user who has registered should be held in moderation for the admin to approve, but that doesn’t happen. It looks like a great plugin but when you use it and find that the features don’t even work it ends up being worse than useless! There are free plugins that create protected content, but I expected so much more from a premium plugin.

Going through our support tickets, we can find a ticket from you with some pre-purchase questions, that our Support Team responded to a few days ago.     Hey Lisa,

    as i have the registration disabled i cant help you with this 🙁 but its not good to hear that thats feature is also buggy. currently i also have some issues with the emails. when i create a new invoice there is no email send. even if it worked with the last update. only the reminders are send when the client dont pays. did i understand you right that the emails dont get send?

    Emails don’t send, when I create a client they don’t show up in the moderation panel et. etc. I got a refund because I really couldn’t spend anymore time trying to figure out how it works. I was building a site for a client with it, and I quoted a price thinking that this plugin would do what it’s supposed to do but now I’ve had to get a PHP scrips made by a programmer so it has cost me money.

    They make nice videos trying to get people to buy it, then when they buy it – nothing, it’s like they want our money then run away once we’ve purchased it.

    Worst plugin ever!

    well at least i see them in the moderation panel… i will give them one more week, but have very little hope that they can do it… i just wonder how this can exist since 2011…
