Do not receive any emails

    Hi :)!

    I love this plugin and its simplicity – no difficult set-up. It is perfect for my blog.

    I just have one problem. I cannot get it send emails. Neither test emails nor subscription notification emails. I used a different email than my administrator email. I tried logging out before commenting and subscribing. No email(s).

    Do I do something wrong?

    Thank you. I’m very sorry for the delay.

    1. Do you have an email set up for the “Notification Sender Email”? Is the “Notification Sender Email” an email that ends with “@pi-and-anne.com“? Some web hosts require the sender email be an email that is @ “yourdomain.com” or else they will not send.
    2. The test emails will only send if you set enter an address for “Email address where to send test emails:” under Advanced Settings.
