  • Presumably you have set the “To email address” in Admin page / Settings / General, and also the “From email address” at Admin page / WooCommerce / Settings / Emails tab.

You don’t say if you can receive any emails from your WordPress install. For example, will WordPress send you the lost password email? If not, it could be that your host has disabled the PHP mail function on your server. Some hosts see it as a security risk. If so, you can use SMTP mail and there is a plugin for this purpose.

    Hello Chrome,

    Thanks,

I have the same problem, woocommerce is not sending emails, in wordpress works for recovery password for example, so the server and wordpress installation is out of the problem.

    Thanks

If WooCommerce is not sending emails then read this http://docs.woothemes.com/document/email-faq/ and use a dedicated SMTP provider – I normally recommend

    This : http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ and a http://mandrill.com account
