    Is there a way to change my page perm link? My contact form says /blog-62. How can i get it to say sitename.com/contactme, or something like that? I have post name selected in the perm options.

    The contact form is a page and not a post?

    Open the contact form page in the WordPress admin. Directly below the page title is a “Permalink” section. Edit the URL there.
