Force stylesheet version update

    Hi,

    Pending your fix for the !important tag removal, I’ve edited related.css and removed them myself and also made some other css changes. However, my browser (cache emptied and reloaded several times, no caching plugins, no server caching) continues to load related.css?v.3.9.1 which is the previous version of the stylesheet.

    How can I ensure that the version number is updated and the latest version of the stylesheet is loaded?
