• I have a Genesis site using the EPIK theme. I had initial difficulties, as the cart wouldn’t display at all (whether full or empty), but a chap on Fiverr fixed the problem very quickly so it was a small issue and it may not be the plugin that was at fault. I got some helpful responses here on the forum by its creators soon after. From this I would say that the plugin seems well supported – so you can buy with confidence! I was just in a crashing hurry at the time. I understand that the plugin works well on the Genesis framework so don’t be deterred if you use Genesis.
    As it is I am very happy with my shopping cart now it is in place. It works well and I have had no further problems.

    Hi Jadec,
    If I visit your website, everything seems to work fine – it is hidden when the cart is empty, but that’s a setting.

    Let us know if anything is unclear though!

    I just realized that what you experienced could simply have been a browser caching issue… Sometimes it just requires you to close and reopen the browser tab for any changes to be visible!

    Jadec, if something isn’t working you should open a support ticket instead of leaving a negative review. I am a heavy Genesis user and set it up on a site without issue. Terrible to leave a one star review especially when you include the text “Please help! If this is due to my own ignorance I will obviously update my review and ratings accordingly!”
