I have been adding content to a client site built by someone else years ago. In order to add the requested content, I had to upgrade PHP to 5.3.13 and WordPress to 3.9.1. Since then, I can no longer add or update resources (custom post type). Existing ones are still there, show up on the page and can be downloaded. They appear to upload fully, but then it refreshes and says no file chosen. I really don’t know how the custom post type is being called – it is not in the functions.php. Any ideas?

Just to be certain, you’ve determined that CPTUI is installed and being used correct?

Otherwise, all of the troublesome functionality doesn’t sound like anything that our plugin here provides. All that we do is get post types and taxonomies registered for you, we don’t have anything that does uploading or display on the frontend.

Not sure where your issues are stemming from, with that said. I’d turn on error reporting/debugging to see if that produces any helpful information.
