Home page redirect

Hi

I am using this plugin to run a simple two-language site. The problem appears when I have to link an article to the contact section of the home page. The link is placed in the french language version and it needs to go to the french version of the home page to the part where the form is. This is the url

http://homepage.com/fr#section

The problem appears when the url is stripped and I go to

http://homepage.com/#section

I get the secvtion that I want but in main language which is english.
Any help please?
